Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and name (from Google sign-in or what you provide), and sign-in activity.
• Move documentation you create: photos, videos, inventory data, and move details (dates, locations, branch, paygrade) that you capture in the app to document your PCS.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To provide the service: building your inventory, reading inventory sheets, detecting damage, and assembling your claim package.
• Your photos and videos are processed by AI services (Anthropic's Claude API) solely to provide these features. They are not used to train AI models.
• To send you service emails: sign-in codes, receipts, and deadline reminders for your move.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
• We do not share your move documentation with anyone except as needed to run the service (cloud hosting, AI processing, payments) or as required by law.
• We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and processed by Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI features). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

• You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@pcspal.app. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
• Your claim documentation belongs to you. Export it and use it however you need.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in uses one-time codes or Google — we never store passwords.

Children

PCS Pal is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll notify you by email before the change takes effect.
