The service

PCS Pal helps you document your household goods move: filming your belongings, reading mover inventory sheets, tracking delivery, detecting damage, and assembling a claim package for filing in the government's claims system (DPS).

Your purchase

• PCS Pal is a one-time purchase of $99 covering your PCS moves — from pack-out through claim resolution — for the lifetime of your account. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Service members in paygrades E-1 through E-4 may receive a free pass via a code from participating base support agencies or by contacting support with proof of rank. Free passes are valid for 12 months from activation.
• Money-back guarantee: if PCS Pal isn't working for your move, email support@pcspal.app at any point during your covered move and we'll make it right, handled case by case. Refunding a purchase deactivates your access.

What PCS Pal is not

• PCS Pal is a documentation tool, not a law firm, claims adjuster, or government agency. We do not file claims on your behalf and cannot guarantee any claim outcome, settlement amount, or deadline determination.
• You are responsible for reviewing your claim before filing and for meeting official deadlines. Deadline reminders are provided as a convenience based on the dates you enter.
• PCS Pal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Defense or any government agency.

Your content

Photos, videos, and move data you capture remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them to provide the service, including AI processing. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use PCS Pal to fabricate evidence, submit fraudulent claims, or violate any law. We may terminate accounts used for fraud.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." AI-generated inventories, transcriptions, and damage assessments can contain errors — you must review them before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southwind Digital LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for your Move Pass.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Kansas.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
